Treasurer Report:

Local Checking Account = $4,752.94
   Local Savings Account = $714.73
   Springfield has a zero balance

  • We have paid $2,000 of our $6,000 portion for this program so far this year – balance has to be paid by end of school year.
  • We have purchased 4 re-conditioned computers and 1 or 2 monitors for the school.

Internal Vice President

No report.

External Vice President

  • Candles sales profited $1,816
  • Pie sales profited $625. Pies can be picked up on 11/20 between 2:30-3:30 p.m. We have 9 extra pies for sale.
  • Trivia Night is planned for February 7th in the Marquette Gymnasium. We need volunteers to help the night of Trivia as well as set up the gym at noon that day.
  • Market Day orders have a minimum order amount of $1,200 – we have only $700.  We decided to see if we could piggy back onto St. Mary's order and still receive our profit (St. Mary's would have to get it to us.) Michelle B. will call and inquire about this option. If we cannot, then we will be refunded our money.

 Principal's Report/Wish List

  • Christmas program will be held on December 18th at 7:00 p.m.
  • Christmas break is from 12/19/03 – 1/5/04
  • Security System Update – the parish will finance the $5,000 and the PSA will repay the parish.
  • Saint Nick's Day will be celebrated on December 5th.
  • Santa's Cottage will take place on December 5th and December 8th.
  • Progress reports will go out on November 21st.

Together We're Better Certificates

  • All Christmas orders have to be in by December 6th.
  • TGWB does not accept credit cards.

50/50 – The winner for November was Liz Cordes.

Imo's Hot Lunches – this program is going very well.
