Internal Vice President
Catholic Schools Week is coming up and volunteers are needed to help at Bowl Haven on Friday Please let Cindy Begnel know if you are available to help
External Vice President
Jill Schulz has graciously accepted the position of VP. but due to her work schedule she was unable to make the meeting.
Update on Candle Sales, the school profit $1300.00
Trivia Night will be Saturday February 12, 2005 at MHS, help is still needed and tables are available. Please call Jill Schulz at 476-0015 to reserve a table.
Dinner Auction will be on October 8, 2005 at The Lewis and Clark Commons
Principal Report
World Map for 3rd grade was purchased and paid for. PE Equipment was purchased and paid for. AR Books were voted on and approved, they will be ordered.
Science Material was voted on and approved, they will be ordered LCD projector was purchased and paid for. Final price was $1818.00 Shape Program was motioned to have half the payment made now and the
remaining at the end of the school year.
Together We're Better
Polly Walters has taken over Mary Burkland position as director of the TWB.
If everyone would please buy these school would never need to have a fundraiser again.
IMO'S Hot Lunch
Due to Lent the Friday's IMO Chicken Nuggets will be Cheese Pizza instead. Sara Voumard reported everything else is going well.
Father Roger Report
Father would like the school to stop having so many fundraisers. The school Board and himself are looking into ways of cutting some fundraiser out of next school years schedule.
Old Business / New Business
Market Day is back running the cookie sale is a great way for the school to earn extra money.
Palm Sunday Breakfast will be March 20, 2005. For more information please contact Shelly Eberlin.
The Golf Tournament will be at Rolling Hills Golf Course on Saturday April 23, 2005. To make a reservation or to help with hole sponsorships please contact Frank Begnel.
Spring Fling will be June 4, 2005. The committee is now forming, please call Michelle Bockstruck, Jill Schultz or Marcia Houchens if you would like to help chair this great event.
